Title loan Can't contact lender North Carolina
On - - - entered into a loan agreement with US BANK for a - - - -. The boat had a manufacture defect in the floor and the company replaced it with a brand new ( - ) boat in - -. The dealer contacted US bank with new - and title. We paid off the boat and sold it to a new owner in - of -. When US bank sent the title it was for the - boat and not the - boat. Spoke with US Bank on -/-/- and - unable to locate any information on - boat. Contacted dealer and was able to get a new - and title for us. On -/-/- received a lean release agreement for the - boat, not the - boat. - - new owner of - boat attempted to registered with North Carolina -. NC - would not allow the new owner to registered the boat because stated that US bank still had a lean on the boat, even though new owner had title of boat. Contacted US bank on - explain above situation. Again was told had no records of a lean for a - boat in our
back. I never out of 4 different promises received a call back from a supervisor. I still have not received any documentation that I can provide to the NC - that a lean does not exist on the boat. The new owner is very upset that he can not register and thereby can not use a boat that he has a title to. I need US Bank to provide documentation that they have no records of Lean for a - - boat with that hull ID number. I also do not understand how a company can not follow through on it promises and poor customer service.
