USBank LN - - - - - - - - CA - On a recorded line, - with USBank has violated CA State and also required us to hide money from - by saying the homeowner needed to bring in funds to close the short sale. USBank had previously approved this short sale at $ -. Now they want $11000.00. I told - and her - -, that what they are asking us to commit - ILLEGAL ACTS 1 ) Violate State Law by asking a homeowner to bring in funds in a short sale, and 2 ) Violate Federal Law by giving a - TD more money than is allowed by -. With all the stuff in the media with - - being fined by the CFPB for this exact same loan fraud, it amazes me that USBank is now so blatant as to ask us to commit federal loan fraud by providing funds outside of escrow - essentially asking us to HIDE MONEY FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
