I have been paying my loan to wells fargo home improvements projects on time or two days late I called and they said they would take off late fee and change my due date to the - of each month because I only get paid twice a month. They told that would be fine but come to find out they are still charging me late fees for the late payment I did n't pay that they were suppose to take off and now today I 'm told the system cant take off the late fee and are charging me more than the normal amount of $52.00 monthly I have called several times.
