Wellsfargo convinced me to change my auto loan with their bank. I received numerous calls from a rep stating that they could give me a lower interest rate of 1.99-3 % and when I decided to switch my loan, the loan officer stated my loan would be 7 % and I had an - credit score. I said that 's not right and the loan officer stated my loan with my precious bank was 12 % and after looking at my paperwork ; I realized the bank lied to me so I can have all my accounts with Wellsfargo.
