Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
Well Fargo continues to violate federal laws and keeps charging me late fees and interest fees on a credit card account that was closed over a year ago. This is the second complaint in less than a month because Wells Fargo is still charging me excessive fees on my closed credit card. Please read my previous complaint made with CFPB, case number -. Wells Fargo has also charged me excessive overdraft and several other types of fees on my checking and savings accounts. Wells fargo is charging me excessive fees on all of the accounts and products that I have with them. Wells Fargo also charged me excessive late fees and high interest fees on a closed auto loan. Wells Fargo has continued to charge excessive fees even after these accounts were closed. I had a checking account, savings account, business checking account and a business savings account all opened without my consent or knowledge. All of these accounts were not visible on my online banking and I never received bank statements for those accounts. These accounts kept getting several monthly severice fees and other fees and I never even knew these accounts existed. Every direct deposit of my paycheck gets taken away by Wells Fargo as an account right off on the accounts that were opened without my consent. Those accounts had received several fees before they closed and wells fargo keeps making account right offs and withdrawing my money from my checking account to pay off the excessive fees on the accounts that were opened without my consent and that were closed due to inactivity with large negative balances from the fees.
