Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Nevada

I have had several issues with wells fargo bank from taking credits back before i.was informed per their.own.disclosure time as well.as customer service reps being.rude and hostile.on.the phone. Today i had yet another issue with being charged a - dollar overdraft fee when i had previously called and spoke.witha. rep that told me i would have no overdraft fees accessed to.my.account because i had free overdraft protection. I called into customer service and spoke.with a very rude nasty disrespectful representative who put.my.on.hold.in.the middle.of.me talking because i asked.to.speak.with a supervisor. At this point i will pay the fee and close this account for.good once my deposits are finiahed tomorrow. This.is.the most unlawful, unethical.bank i have EVER had to.deal.with. i.would like this to.serve as a formal compalint and it.to.be fully.investigated as this bank.keeps.practicing fraud and poor customer service as well as unwarranted fee charging. There is.no.way i am willing.to.accept a - dollar fee for.transferring - dollars of my.own.money especially when.i was told that i did.not.have any fees at all.associated with my account. Then when.i.brought up what the previous rep.told me the current ladybi.spoke.with today began.to argue pretty.much that i had asked rhe wrong.question and got the wrong.answer without even.knowing.what the other.rep.told.me despite me requesting the previous conversation be reviewed. The most barbaric, unlawful, unethical banking institute ive ever had. Will be closing my.accounts tomorrow as well as moving family accounts from.wells.fargo.as well. Ridiculous!
