Wells Fargo & Company Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low California

I make a lot of money but depend on - to pay me if and when they choose to. Therefore I have a cash flow problem but still try to pay my bills on time. I never gave Wells Fargo permission to pay the bills on bill pay when there is insufficiant money in my acount and I have gone in to talk to bankers often to help with this issue, but it continues. I get charged the maximum of - bounced check fees every day that they pay my bills, so all the money I deposit gets eaten up in bank fees and I never get caught up. In addition, they withhold the checks I deposit as punishment for having bounced checks, and then they pay more bills and bounce more checks because they did n't allow the deposits I made to cover my checks!!!! I feel this is vindictive and purposeful abuse. I am also a senior citizen and can not retire when I ca n't save up money because Wells Fargo takes it all.
