I attempted to contact Sam 's Club to get my payment reduced. However, Once it was being transferred to customer services i got a number code ( - ) and the phone hunged up. I have been with Sam 's club for sometime now. In the past my payment history has been in great standings. However, I had a change in job where my income has decreased tremendously and I can not afford to keep up with the payments. I have been late frequently and Sam 's continue to add more late fees that causes the balance of my Sam 's club account to increase. I am being charged - for late fees and - for interest charge on purchases where I have not used my Sam 's card for over almost a year I 've been sending payments and my last payment was $130.00. I just can not get caught up. I am asking that Sam 's Club would lower my payments and interest rates as where so I can be able to pay them off..
