To whom it may concern : I complained to Wells Fargo Bank that I did not receive the service, amenities and destinations that I purchased from -. For this reason, I was disputing the transaction. I have received a letter from Wells Fargo bank that my claim # - has been closed. On - -, 2016 I emailed Wells Fargo as well as mailed them a letter that the letter they mailed to me stating they closed my claim must be a mistake because they are addressing different concerns in that letter, that do not pertain to my case. On - -, 2016 I called to find out if Wells Fargo received my response / concern. Also, I requested the copies of merchants response to the inquiry / my claim. On - -, 2016 I called and asked to speak with the manager and was told that - - will be calling me back within 48 hours, however no one called me back. I believe Wells Fargo should have a protocol they follow and it was not followed in my case. I have a dispute where I am looking to get my money back and instead Wells Fargo addressing some other issues and not what I am disputing. Please look into my situation and address my concerns. Thank you
