Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low California

I have a Wells Fargo checking, savings and business checking account. I want to complain about Wells Fargo 's manner of charging outrageous fees one on top of the other, in order to get more fees than they are supposed to collect for a balance overdraft. Additionally, I went to change my " overdraft protection plan '' several weeks ago and the website acted like it changed it but never did, so I received more overdraft fees ( I tried to make it so that when you use the debit card, it simply would not go through, rather than go through for a - dollar purchase, triggering a $35.00 fee, for example ). It also seems like money went missing from my personal checking account on several occasions, but i ca n't seem to track down exactly what happened. i do n't believe it 's fair to charge over - in fees for a few small transactions that went under -, especially when I 've been a customer for a long time and always refresh the account so when on occasion it dips low, it does not stay that way for long. I 'm out of work and looking for a job, so theses fees have caused me to not even be able to purchase food or gas for my family.
