Payday loan Can't contact lender Can't contact lender Florida

On several occasions I have submitted certified letters to company Mariner Finance regarding incorrect information on my credit file. I called and spoke with a representative in - and ask that they provide me with proof that this debt in question belongs to me. Representative stated original company went out of business and filed were lost in the process of being reassigned. I followed up by contacting the corporate office regarding this error and The company has failed to respond and provide proof ( signed contracts ) of said debt. This is incorrect info does NOT belong to me and is ruining my life!
