I have disputed several accounts from this Collection Agency. Besides that they have failed to provide me with a copy of any viable evidence, bearing my signature, showing the account is being reported accurately. I have retained new copies of my credit reports, and noticed that they did not furnish the credit bureaus with the required disclosure, within the period required by law. They are required by federal law to place a " notice of dispute '' on my account within 30 days of my dispute, which they signed for on -/-/2016. ( i have certified mail receipt as proof of signature ). I have sent them a letter on -/-/2016 regarding this issue and that they must now remove all negative accounts from my credit reports ( attached herein ). however for some reason i have n't yet received confirmation of delivery. Since I do n't want to wait any longer I am filing this complaint. If the negative accounts do n't get removed in a timely fashion I will file a small claims suit against your company. I will be seeking $5000.00 in damages for the following : 1. ) Defamation 2. ) Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud 3. ) Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act You will be required to appear in a court venue local to me, in order to formally defend yourself.
