Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low
Wells Fargo & Company Bank account or service department,
Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Texas
On -/-/2016 my account was in the negative the amount of $190.00. This was due to my over drafting the account for the amount of $200.00 at a non-Wells Fargo ATM. My account was in the positive of $7.00 before the account was overdrawn. The bank charge me a fee of $2.00 plus a $35.00 fee for over drafting totaling the account to be negative in the amount of $230.00. This account had been negative since -/-/2016. On -/-/2016 I charge made a credit charge to the account for a - - amount of $6800.00. - - placed the credit on the account, but did not ask for payment totaling the amount to be $390.00. After two days without asking for payment the amount for - - purchase was dropped from the account without a $35.00 bank fee. On -/-/2016 an amount was deposit into my account from - - - in the amount of $100.00. This amount with the - - amount of $68.00 dropping and the deposit made of $100.00, now the account was negative $130.00. This was fine. On the night of -/-/2016/ Morning of -/-/- during posting - - presented the amount of $68.00 for payment.
@ - the positive balance showed the amount of $510.00 instead of $ - This was due to a $38.00 amount had been debit to the account from - - just that morning on -/-/2016 @ -. This clearly tells me the Overdraft amount that was on the account since -/-/2016, the - - amount of $68.00 and the $38.00 was taken of out my deposit of $750.00. The account stated Current Posted Transaction amount of $190.00. There was not an indication of any other transactions had been placed on the account the amount showed $510.00. Later that day I called Customer Service to ask why my account was only $2200.00 I was told by - that - checks had came in on -/-/- and they were paid. Of course I was not angry until she stated when they came in the money was not in the account so the bank paid the checks and assess the account with fees of $100.00 dollars. Now I was upset. On the night of -/-/2016 I check to see if the checks had come to the bank for payment and I did not see any transaction,. This was done before midnight and after midnight on -/-/-. If the checks would have come in before midnight the negative would have been much higher. So this further let me knew the bank paid the checks the morning of -/-/- out of my deposit and decided to charge me $70.00 or - checks and a fee of $35.00 for the - - that was taken out of my deposit as well. I spoke with a - - named - and she insisted the checks came in on -/-/2016 before midnight and the checks were posted on the morning of -/-/2016. We all know All transactions a posted after - each night. If I would have needed the Bank to post an item of - for me by hard positing so the item would not return, then there would have been a problem, but since to justify the reason for stealing my money the an tells me they had to hard post the - transactions. By the way the entire conversation was recorder. I could not believe the lies that I was being told. I am just wonder how this bank treats the - that 's not able to keep up with their money or do not have anyone to stay on top of their accounts. This banks has Employed people that has turned out to be thieves.
