I wanted to do a credit freeze or lock on all bureaus for security reasons. This was easy to do on - and -. However, I found the TransUnion site to be misleading. I clicked on credit lock, entered the require data and was enrolled in credit monitoring, which I did not want. This service is -/month. At no point during this " enrollment '' process did the site tell me what I was signing up for. I thought that it was just the credit lock. After the fact, I determined that they planned to charge me the monthly fee beginning -/-/-. Then, I went through the process of cancelling the subscription, and called TransUnion to confirm that it was in fact cancelled. This misleading process to sign up for a credit lock/freeze should be fixed. The other bureaus sites were not a problem.
