Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have - inquiries on my - credit report over a 2 year period from SYNCBPAYPALE-TRAMC -. - - -, Florida -. I have never applied for any credit card through this company. I have called them 4 times to inform them that those inquiries are not mine and asked them to be removed. Each time they promise to remove them and never do. They did put a fraud alert on my account. I have written two letters as well. I received one letter of apology declaring they will remove the inquiries and a second letter stating that they need proof and that the - different credit monitoring programs I use are not proof. They wanted the report directly from the credit bureau. I sent them the exact proof directly from my TransUnion report. Instead of fixing it, on -/-/- they added the - inquiry. This has lowered my credit score significantly and is unacceptable as I am going to move soon and can not afford this on my report. These are not mine and I should not be penalized for this SYNC PayPal 's fraudulent practices and lack of a timely solution.
