I - - does have a legitimate dispute that the Federal Trade Commission should investigate. In -, a resolution was presented to the United States - labeled -. This resolution was designed to specifically give permission for public utilities to post payment information against individuals for any public utility. This would have meant the redefining of the meaning of what credit was or represented. The Fair Credit Reporting Act was initiated and procured as federal law in - - to establish a level playing field between consumers and the - system. Public utilities are regulated by - throughout every state and in many cases municipalities throughout the country. - failed to make it out of committee and was never voted upon. In retrospect, public utilities abuse the Fair Credit Reporting Act by using the credit reporting process, even though by law they are not entitled to it. Any mention contractually that a company such as - could use my personal information such as my social security number to report anything against me would be a serious violation of my constitutional rights. The use of my information by transfer would need to be established in writing, and that in itself could cause problems against - in class action proportions. Because of a delay in the transfer of cable/wireless equipment to -, a transfer that contained no additional remuneration, - decided to abuse my personal credit report by the transfer of my personal information such as my social security number. This in itself is nothing less than identity theft. Accordingly, my file information from - and the collection agency known as Eastern Account System needs to be purged immediately and permanently. I make my identity theft claim based upon the transfer of personal information - had no right to share with any third party to begin with. My complaint is real and 100 % legitimate. My file information must be purged immediately and permanently.
