Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I recently moved and as a result changed my address on my tjx mastercard through synchrony. Since that time ( 1.5 months ), my card has been frozen along with all access to any information. No representative will tell me what is going on ; however, am being forced to pay my monthly bill without being allowed to know what the charges for the respective statement period are. I was told that I do not have to pay the bill in full and can just make the minimum monthly payment. They refuse to tell me what is going on. This is extortion
