I saw a $630.00 on my wells Fargo visa card - 2016 the company called USA seats is a company that sells tickets to different events, I 'm - years old - kids - is a toddler and my wife is not working, Called the company and they said that the purchase was made by a third party and unfortunately there is nothing they can do. Call Wells Fargo and open a claim, after a week I see the money charged again in my credit card call again that night and the phone was hung on me 3 times, I call next day and the person on the phone told me my claim was denied because the company had all my info on file like my address ... really??? There is so many ways fraudster can have access to that. I been with this bank so many years, had loans that are been correctly pay off with them, had accounts always in good standing even a minors account. Always paid on time and my direct deposit is decent and the amount of money I have there is enough to tell them that I do n't need to do that. The ticket the fraudster bought was for - - in a Saturday on a casino that crazy, if anybody check my credit cards over the years and my statements will rapidly understand I never did such a purchase specially now.
