I missed a phone call by a week and they garnished my entire paycheck. Wells fargo personal credit line. the - - guy is unwilling to work with me and treats me as if I am ignorant. They will not transfer my account to anyone else and say that he owns my account. He has no empathy. I am a single parent that is a sole provider for my family. I take care of my - mother. I do not get government assistance nor do i get child support even though they owe over thousands of dollars. I am not asking for debt forgiveness, i was paying this based on the agreement. My initial conversation with - was to setup a payment every 2 months and that payment may go up by - dollars each time. I missed the call to setup this month, business of school starting, but I thought I was good - i just paid - last month and - knows my situation as he LIED and stated he knew exactly where I was at in life dealing with this because he experienced the same thing. LIES. That caused - to submit me to charge off department
My account is in negative now. Spoke to - and he stated he will not reverse this and proceeded to ask me how I was going to pay the remaining balance of - to which i handed the phone to the banker and had to leave before i broke down. I called the manager he reports to, - - and left messages for a return call. I called her back to back for a hour to no avail and no return call. I was working with you. Now I am not. I am also closing my account with wells fargo after many well vested - years. I can not understand how you are not willing to work with me when i paid for the last 4 months on time. it was up in the air because i took more than a week to return a call on a payment that would have been due in the middle of the month. i have no idea what i am going to do. I am trying to grow., ..get off of government assistance and build credit. at this cost makes me want to go backwards in life. where is the love and where are these credit practices you say you implement on your website?
