Whereby, after several delinquent billing attempts to - -, And after several phone calls to - - by - -, he was Finally told That he would have to mail or fax proof that his name was not on the purchasing documents of - 's 2003 Lasabre ( which they Insured ). And despite this Obvious absurdity - - obtained and faxed said purchasing documents to - - 's arbitration department ( as instructed ) On -/-/2016, And repeatedly called them for acknowledgement of receipt, ( where they repeatedly responded " we receive hundreds of faxes and we 'll process them as they come in. '' CAUSE OF ACTION : On -/-/2016 - - received a mailing from a collection agency that - - had given all of his information to and assigned them to collect a $730.00 debit from - - - based on their agreement to insure - -.
