I filed a letter of concern to Wells Fargo Dealership Services about the conflicting information regarding my vehicle payment. My response was one of threatening rather than corrective action. In fact, it was as if I should be happy that I was not turned into the credit bureau. Now I have been told three different due dates by agents of Wells Fargo. The first was at signing and I confirmed payment would be due starting - each month. However, later when receiving documents I saw due date - of each month. Then when I visited the branch bank of Wells Fargo, the teller said that I could pay how much I wanted on the note ( more or less than stated fee ) and within 30 days. Lastly, when complaining further via the phone and letter, I was told the - each month. My funds come in by the - monthly and that is why I had requested the - at signing. It is unfortunate that each time I speak to administrators with Wells Fargo there is always a threatening tone.
