Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Wisconsin

I do n't remember how it started other than a young fella wanted me to put " extra [ rptect extra protection '' on my account. I agreed. I always followed by account online. I used by checks and debit normally. I had automatic deposit. Just after my check was deposited I would get a letter stating I had about $150.00 in ov overdraft charges. I should not have been overdrawn. This went on for about three pay periods and then I went in and spoke to the manager. But before forward, when I checked my account online it was " fuzzy ''. It shimmered a and it made no sense. It was very confusing and there was no way anyone could track spending. So I talk to the manager and in conclusion I was told I didn did n't know how to use a checking account. ( I am currently - ). Of course, I was was insulted. This went on a few more weeks, six to be exact, as I tried to get away from them. This entire 6 weeks, Wells Fargo was taking all my money. I literally had no money to spend on food and gas or anything else. I fin finally got paperwork completed at a new bank. But I had to give $450.00 more to to wells Fargo before they would close my account. so for about 4 pay periods I had the overdrafts and then they switched to just taking my entire pay check for three pay periods but then I had to close my account with a balloon payment of $450.00. I do n't remember what my years were that I was was there. I also do n't remember what my pay checks were either. If one could find me in their data base. We could then verify income with my tax return. I figure they owe me about $2400.00
