Credit monitoring or identity protection Billing dispute California
I went online to see if I could get a loan on a car. in the process it came up that they wanted to get a free credit report which I agreed to. The next thing I know is trans Union has charged me a dollar in my checking account and then about a week later I see charges from Trans Union in my checking account for $19.00. I did not authorize these charges and was made to believe the credit report was free. Trans Union has agreed to reimburse my $19.00 back but I would like to also get my $1.00 back also. I would also like Trans Union to stop the practice of offering free credit reports when in fact they plan on charging you for them.
