Wells Fargo & Company Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Managing the loan or lease Georgia
After finalizing a loan that absorbs a previous loan, a miscalculation based on poor advice from the bank led to a series of debits to my checking and savings accounts, and overage charges to my credit card. Wells Fargo is unwilling to provide a chronological, descriptive accounting of these transactions, so that I can ascertain if ( as I believe ) my accounts were debited more than once to repay the original credit card issue. Rather than providing the documentation, they insist on my returning phone calls despite withholding information regarding the calls ; they give no last name or title of the person phoning me, nor any agenda or extension to return the calls. Wells Fargo 's incessant telephone menu items preclude connection with a banker, when the issue at hand does not meet the criteria they offer ; hence, attempting that route has proven frustratingly unproductive to me.
