- - - - - has sent - letters threatening with arrest for not paying - citations issued by the - of -, Texas. I have never received any citation neither from - or any other place. Said citations were issued to a person with a similar name to mine. I contacted the - of - after receiving the first letter, they asked my birthdate and was informed that the person receiving the citations had a different birthdate. I contacted the aforementioned law firm and informed them of that fact. Today, -/-/16 I received another letter threatening with an arrest and cancellation of my driving license.
