I am requesting information about the fines against Wells Fargo. My father had a retirement account at Wells Fargo in -, Ca. However when he retired and went to access one of his accounts he was told that his account had been closed and his funds had been transferred to a different type of account. As a result of the money being " moved '' he had no funds left to him. My father had not authorized any such access, transfer or new account. He filed a police report but that was the end of it. He was unable to recoup his money. In light of the new information, I would like to know if there is a group or organization he could meet with about his previous Wells Fargo accounts.
