Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
On -/-/16, I went to the dentist for a cleaning. It went from - dollars to - - dollars for deep cleaning. I tried to use my care credit account and it was declined. I called Syncrony Bank c/o G.E Capital to find out why. I was transferred to bankruptcy dept. This should not be a bankruptcy account when I paid every month til paid off. From bankruptcy dept, I was transferred to collections, - - who has no money owing. I called again -/-/16 with same issue. Transfer here to there with no answers.
