Now : I then tried to lift my credit freeze with - by internet and the website stated to contact -. I figured that I did something wrong so I tried three times. Each time I submitted the request, - denied my lift request stating that I need to contact -. On - - 2016, I contacted - and explained the issue. They transferred me over to a representative to handle my request. On - - 2016, I checked my bank account online and found that - charged my debit card - times in the amount of $10.00 each, a total of $40.00 and was pending on - - 2016. On - - 2016, I contacted - an notified them of what had occurred. They stated that I need to speak with personal solutions. The representative then transferred me. At -, I left a detailed message with - personal solutions and requested them to call me. As of
on - - 2016 instead of - - as documentation reflects. On - - 2016 at -, I contacted Wells Fargo Bank and filed a complaint, claim # -. I complained about the - extra charges from - that were not authorized and that Wells Fargo changed our bank statement postings. On - -, these charges were pending transactions. Then Wells Fargo changed these transactions to - - reflecting pending transactions. The question is, did - commit fraud by over charging us? Also, why did Wells Fargo Bank change our pending transaction dates? We have a printout of our account on - - and - - 2016 for documentation! Willing to provide the documentation if needed!
