( - ) I have gone through credit card -. I am a victim of the Wells Fargo credit card issue. I had a good credit score. I got a call from a repres there who told me that a credit card for - was being processed for me for. When i questioned the rate it was - first year and - to 28 % afterwards. Things were Not clear. I did not want it. I deserved a better rate with my score and wanted out or a lower rate and it was impossible, i was transferred and put on hold, was told No and ignored. The payments escalated, i paid to avoid my credit being damaged but it was just too much.


anyway. Then i received statements showing payments made and then reversed. They could not explain. I kept requesting info and was refused. I kept making payments and in - received a call from - stating that they would no longer accept them. They refused my payments and began harrassing me by phone. - to 30 calls a day. When i told them to stop, they assigned my acct to. - and -. I requested statements etc ..., no info. By accident learned of court date 2 days before. Attorney said show up..guess what? No docs received and no notice of court call. - was not present for roll call and judge said that she could not hear my side. She did not know i was a pre law student who knew better. I was finally able to get a - repres to send me statements nd guess what? Over - was charged ( Identity Theft ). - refused to acknowledge and pursued filing a judgement against me. - had never had problems with me. I paid.
