Meridian Financial Services, Inc. Debt collection department,

I do not know Improper contact or sharing of info Contacted me after I asked not to Washington

I started receiving numerous " Restricted '' phone calls from a - -. He asked for information on whether someone would be available at an address they had on file so that the person they had on file may personally receive and sign for a document. I asked for more information and he would not provide any details so I hung up the phone. - called back, I answered and told him that if he did n't have any additional information, that I was n't going to provide any additional information and I hung up. - called again, this time I told him that if he wanted to communicate with this person that they could communicate only by mail. He said they could n't send this by mail, it had to be hand delivered. I said if this was collection related, by law they had to abide by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and I requested all validation of any debt be mailed to the address they had on file and to never call this number again. He then said that he was going to call me however many times he felt like calling. I hung up the phone. He called again and I recorded the conversation. This time, he proceeded to include information about a phone number and a case number I could call to retrieve more information and he hung up. Not sure why I need to call a number to retrieve more information after he harassed me with - phone calls. Less than a week later, another restricted number starts calling me non-stop for 15 minutes. I finally called the number he provided and asked for them to identify the company I was calling, he said it was the filing department for Meridian Financial.
