I downloaded my free/annual credit reports. I chose to ask for a " free '' credit score from Transunion. I had to complete several pages of questions and no price was listed. I received the - score, but I found - charges totaling $30.00 on my credit card statement. I called the customer service number within 24hrs ( -/-/2016 ) and told them I did not want their whatever service. The money was credited back to my account by -/-/2016. I notice on -/-/2016 that the credit had disappeared. I called again on -/-/2016 and they reaffirmed that the account was cancelled, but they would not return my money. I asked nicely nicely and quietly times, but toward the end of the conversation I called " Supervisor - '' a liar, cheat, thief and she would go to prison and have her children taken away by social services. I also reminded her that I had cancelled the contract within 24 hours and she was " breaking the law. '' I doubt if she cared since it was blatantly obvious that she was not in - -. State, Federal, and their own policy allows me to cancel within an allotted time period which I did. I have a printout of the initial credit to my account which has now disappeared. I did not want their year long service and the cost was never listed and the " FREE '' disappeared. I was told that I received - credit scores which I DID NOT RECEIVE. This is a deceptive scam and should be stopped. Thank You
