I asked Wells Fargo to cancel a savings accounts that I did n't need. They were created after they automatically changed a savings account to a checking account. They converted my unwanted checking account back to a savings account. However, they also created another savings account at the same time. So I now have - savings accounts that I do not want. - is a business savings account. I went into a bank branch and asked them to remove the accounts and they said they did. I still have all of the accounts several months later.
