Wells Fargo & Company Credit Card Complaint

Billing statement

Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,

Billing statement Louisiana

I have a credit on my Dillard 's credit card in the amount of $93.00 that I was overpaid my on my credit card in cash. Dillard 's insisted that they have mail me a refund check for that amount in -, 2016. Until - -, 2016, I initiated the contact about my refund, the employee stated that the check is already mailed out to me. I told them that I have never received the refund check. I called back on - -, 2016 on the same issue of my refund check, I was told that Dillard 's will mail me an affidavit form that I need to fill out in order for them to mail out the refund check again ( no one told me that the refund check that Dillard 's sent out was cashed ). I have waited until today, - -, 2016, to call Dillard 's back about the affidavit form that they said they will send out, this time the employee stated that the refund check has been cashed (? ). I told them that I never have received nor cashed that refund check. I have been told many different stories every time I contacted them about my refund check. This time, Dillard 's told me that since the check has been cashed, there is nothing they can do for me. Really? I want to know what is my right to demand that my refund be sent to me or at least get a copy of the check that has been cashed so I can find out who cashed that check. What can you do to help me? It 's not that refund going to help or break myself financially, but I want a better service from a credit card company than Dillard 's in this case. Thank you.
