I purchased a loan from Lobel financial. I just found out after 3 1/2 years with them and a loan that 's close to being payed off, that I was being charged every month for the passed 39months $25.00 for " late charges ''. Yes I might have been late - 2 times but not 39 months. This is due to a insurance lap that they say happened. I have not had an insurance lap. I have sent them everything to fix the ongoing balance of $110.00 but they " never '' receive it. I have even had my insurance agent personally talk to my financial agent and somehow someone is either not sending or not receiving anything. They wanted proof for - 2015. Took them a total of 8mths to fix that issue I told them to credit me for all the times they charged me $110.00 extra on my bill, - agent told they they had already done that I said ok and that was that. Forward 2 mths later and now I 'm dealing with the same over charge of $110.00 because of a laps of insurance on -/-/- 2015 and on top of that the cause of my every mth late payment is due to the fact that they never told me I had that fee so every month when I would make my payment of $510.00 those $110.00 will get left behind and added to next mths as late payment. I feel like this is no rite and they told me that once I get done paying my loan I 'll have another " hidden fee '' of $1000.00 waiting for me of late fees. Please help
