A law firm is trying to collect on a debt that was settled in a class action law suit and I am no longer liable for the debt. They sent a letter to my employer stating everything that I owed, what it was for etc to try and collect on this. My information should not have been given to anyone without my consent. I sent them a certified letter with the proof that I do not owe on this account.
