On Thursday - - 2016, I was called by Credit Consulting Services at -. I returned the phone call at approximately - on Thursday - - 2016. My first complaint was against the same company the other day, but then I remembered that they also called for - bills of mine that they have. It was the same representative who was rude and her supervisor who was rude and would not help me as I demanded her and I to switch roles and see how she liked how her employee acted towards me. The employee seemed like she did n't care about her job and thought it was a joke as she went ; " hhhhhmm and chuckled, '' when I advised her that I could n't take care of it and did the same chuckle when asked me to put it on a credit card. The supervisor/manager was very rude as well. The representative never asked for my last name, last - of the social, address. All the representative who answered asked for a phone number since I called blocked and my first name. They should not be assuming with only - pieces of information that is me or correct. I feel that since the company see 's my last name that they are racially profiling and sending the letter in English and -. I have never had this issue before and I find it very offensive and all letters and communication needs to be in 100 % English or legal action will possibly be taken. I have the documents as well for proof.
