I went down the street to get proof of insurance for this vehicle, I get back, I was told the finance company had already jacked my payment up. I had to sign new paperwork, making my payment $320.00. Before the first payment was due, I got a notice that I did n't have adequate insurance and they were going to - my payment up ANOTHER $66.00 a month. This continued the whole time I had this vehicle. ALL the documentation is being sent to you. The insurance company repeatedly faxed them proof. Come to find out, that 's their SOP. It 's a major league scam. They now operate - offices in - States. - - is an active, practicing Attorney in the - of CA. # -, admission - -. Interesting, he sues the very people he profits from. In -, Lobel Financial paid $150000.00 in civil penalties, and $100000.00 to the - of CA for - and costs. Compare all the complaints with the -, Consumer Affairs, Complaints -, and Debtor 's -, they have a well established, documented theme. They 've acknowledged the problem in numerous complaints but have failed to fix the problem. With him being a lawyer, you would think he would have taken corrective action, but has not.
