On - -, 2016, I walked into Wells Fargo to deposit a check into my business account. When I approached the teller to make the deposit she brings to my attention that I do not have a savings account with Wells Fargo. I informed her that I was aware of the fact and I did not want a savings account. She made two more attempts to get me to open a savings account, to which I declined. On the teller 's fourth attempt, I informed the teller that I was short on time, but I would agree to speak with a personal banker to inquire about opening a savings account only if the personal banker were available after we completed the deposit of the check. After the check was deposited, the personal banker was not available, therefore, I left Wells Fargo without speaking to anyone regarding the savings account. I now realize that I have a credit inquiry from Wells Fargo on that day. I was never informed they will check my credit, nor did I authorize anyone to make an inquire on my credit.
