I pulled a copy of my credit report and saw that this company was reporting a - debt. I sent them a debt validation letter to see if this account was indeed mine and they replied with a simple letter just stating what the balance on the account was. That does not prove this account is mine. I sent another letter on - - stating to please prove the debt is mine with something that has my signature on it or a contract and they have not yet replied.
