I have a Health Savings Account that was levied due to a debt I have with Cache LLC. They levied my hsa account and Wells Fargo allowed them to do so knowing that the account is an exempt account from any debt levy in the state of Oregon. This is the second time that this has happened and I went to court the first time and the judge ordered in my favor and all monies had to be returned. Wells Fargo has a fiduciary responsibility to not allow this to happen. This is not only a financial burden for me, it has also hindered me in paying for my children 's dental and medical bills. Wells Fargo has caused me a financial hardship when this could have been avoided to begin with. It is unacceptable for Wells Fargo to be this negligent when the Law is clear regarding these types of accounts.
