- & - - had a judgement issued against them from Wells Fargo, after - lost her job. We contacted the Clerk of Court in - County NC and was told to make a payment monthly. We have made payments since -, never hearing anything from the bank or the attorney. This year - - my husband retired and we rolled his pension over to an IRA with Wells Fargo. We also kept $27000.00 into our Savings for - and home repairs. The money was deposited on - -, - to both accounts. On - -, Wells Fargo withdrew $7200.00 from our account for the judgement. We went to the local Branch in - - NC, to file a dispute on the withdrawn of the monies. We contacted Clerk of Court and was advised we had paid every month and they were unaware the bank to do this and encouraged us to file a dispute. The Bank Manager made a call and left a message to a member of the Collection Team ; the dispute was not filed and call from the Bank Manager or Manager of Collections. We were told the payments were to little ; in two years we had no communication from the bank or attorney. We were never notified to increase the payments. When I talked to Collector after the withdrawal, I was told the she keep seeing money come in our accounts. I have serious concerns that any one can access our account at anytime if you are a Bank Employee. I find this very unprotected and open to all. We have been told this was not allowed, if payments were being made. We should have been offered to increase our payments. This money was withheld from his pension for Medical Reasons and we are on a fixed income. My husband is a - Veteran and was retired on -.
