The debt is for the alleged " rental '' of a wheelchair for my son. My son ( then - years-old ) was visiting my sister in -, CA when he fell and - He was taken to the emergency room where he was treated and discharged with a wheelchair. My son was insured and I was contacted by an agency with the wheelchair - - - -. The agency said that they thought the insurance co would cover the cost $210.00 +or-. I also provided my credit card number to pay for it in case it was not covered.


Now - is trying to make my son, who just made - and is - with a -, pay for some " rental '' of the wheelchair that is now $670.00. My son was a minor at the time this happened and there is no way they can charge him personally for anything. That is the craziest thing I 've ever heard! He is also -, and on SSI and there is NO way I will let this predatory behavior continue or affect his ability to have a decent financial future. Thank you.
