I get a collection from a company representing a Cellphone company but I paid my bill in full when I switch with my new company and never received any bills of balance due on anything. I get phone calls from collection agency asking about a bill I do not have any knowledge of. I want the calls to stop and the unjustified bill to be removed and cleared to - balance immediately.
