Describe what happened so we can understand the issue ... I did not give verbal and/or written permission for WFDS to pull my credit report on - -, 2016. Per Federal Credit Reporting Act this is an ILLEGAL act to make an " Hard '' inquiry which decreased my credit score on my credit report. When asked to show me proof of authorization this company could not provide it. This inquiry needs to be deleted from my credit report.
