I am having the exact same issues with this financial institution as is described in the PayPal extras mastercard review link provided below. I need help recovering my account payments in the amount of approximately $2600.00. They refuse to credit it to my account so that I may have my credit for spending reflect my payments made and collected by them. This is a real scam that needs overseen by some agency with the authority to shut them down. -
