Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I paid off my Wells Fargo credit card in -, 2016. I had a balance of $0.00 on my next statement. Then, on -/-/16 I received a new alert that my payment had been reversed and I owed $490.00, which is my current balance. Wells Fargo can not give me a reason for this reversal. I do not currently have the money to make this payment and refuse to pay it again without a good reason why.
