Specialized Loan Servicing, - - : Refinanced my HELOC about 4 years ago. They represented it as a 30 year fixed loan for about $ -. I asked for a letter confirming this and got it. About 2 months ago, - - - - notified me they had possession of the loan and I was to repay them. No one knew anything about the 30 year fixed loan from SLS. Weeks later I got a notice to pay $ - in back interest on the loan. I protested and they backed down. Now they 've decided the full amount $ - or so, is due on - -, 2016. They declined my request for a refinance. Something is very wrong here. Can you help?
