Equifax Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Nevada

A certified letter to all - credit agencies was sent requesting the removal of the inaccurate information on my credit report. The first letter was the same as the second letter. They stated that they will not remove these inquiries and that I needed to contact each individual company and have them remove it. Per the FCRA statutes, the only permissible purpose for pulling someone 's credit report is a firm offer of credit, insurance, employment, or a court order. None of these things apply to me. The request to remove inquiries was sent to all - CB 's twice and the same response was given
