Amex Credit card department,
I was charged double interest. I paid last statement in full and also prepaid a portion of the current statement ahead of the closing, still - - charged me interest, - calls routed to - were disconnected, and - call to - still waiting, I am in hold for over 100 minutes .... I request a full credit of $25.00 for interest charges that it should not have been, their explanation is that the go back two month.
