Amex Credit card department,
AME- sent me an offer for a 6.99 % reduced rate on my credit card purchases from -/-/16 to - 2016. I signed up and accepted this but to date, AME- has not applied this lower rate. I even received an email confirmation but still not receiving this rate. I called and spoke to a rep who did not have a good command of - and she told me I am getting the rate but could not provide and evidence of me receiving this rate. I told her that she was wrong and she told me to write to AME-. Attached is a copy of my fax correspondence and delivery confirmation Sent : - @ - EST and still not even a response. At this stage, I am due a refund by my calculations of over $300.00 to date and this will only increase.
